From inception to layout, I crafted this publication to serve as a platform for discovering the elements that shape our creative environments. By spotlighting designers and artists who masterfully curate their surroundings, Pull Magazine offers a unique perspective on the process of transforming inspiration into tangible creations. The magazine’s clean and demure aesthetic reflects the intention of providing a focused and uncluttered space for readers to immerse themselves in the world of design.
Through in-depth features and visually striking imagery, Pull Magazine invites readers to examine their own visual surroundings and consider how they can harness the power of inspiration to create meaningful spaces and artwork. By curating a collection of diverse perspectives and innovative approaches, the magazine aims to foster a community of creators who are continually inspired by the world around them.I harnessed the capabilities of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to bring this publication to life. Photoshop was instrumental in refining imagery, creating visual effects, and ensuring image quality. Illustrator provided the precision needed for crafting intricate illustrations, logos, and typography, while InDesign served as the backbone of the magazine, facilitating seamless integration of text, images, and layout elements.

Hayli Strickland is a patient professor who enjoys what she teaches. She shares her passion by teaching and helping students understand the art of photography. This course is a great course to take for your art credit especially if you are looking for something online. There is usually only 1 assignment per week! Effort is key to success in AS280.
