Inspired by the raw, chaotic energy of Florence and the Machine’s “Howl,” I created a visual interpretation that delves into the song’s core themes. The song’s frenetic rhythm, driven by drums and piano, evokes a
sense of urgency and turmoil, while Florence Welch’s haunting vocals convey a profound depth of pain. These elements ignited a spark within me, prompting a contemplation of spirituality and its evolution throughout history.

To visualize this complex interplay of emotions and ideas, I drew inspiration from the tangible world. The ethereal quality of cigarette smoke, the enigmatic nature of demons, and the vibrant hues captured by satellites became the building blocks of my creation. By blending these elements with the power of Photoshop, I crafted a visual narrative that mirrors the song’s chaotic beauty. The result is a fusion of the earthly and celestial, the tangible and the ethereal, all bound together by a passionate exploration of the artistic possibilities offered by design.

Love this class! You have to work hard but she is very understanding if you need help with due dates. Helpful in class and goes above and beyond to answer questions. Very stern on listening to her lectures and others when they are talking. She was nice, helpful and very funny! Down to earth. Expects a lot but also understanding

I absolutely loved being in her class! She gives amazing feedback on work and genuinely cares about her students and why they do the work they do! She is also very understanding of the different levels of capability in the class and I never felt left behind or bad. My works were not amazing because I had never done digital art before!
